Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged or defective product

Return Request Process

• You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• Share your order ID, issue details, and product images.
• Contact us through our Help Center / Contact page.

Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• All tags, labels, and accessories should be intact.
• Product should not be used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after successful inspection of the returned item.
• Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased during sale or discount offers
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order gifts
• Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, and food hampers (unless damaged on delivery)
• Products without original packaging or tags

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
