All orders at Uphaar are carefully processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. We ensure each gift is properly checked and packed before dispatch to maintain quality.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Other Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Personalized or customized gifts may take additional processing time.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value and location.
• We may offer free shipping on selected orders, offers, or minimum purchase value.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email. You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected locations. Additional charges may apply for COD orders.
